GT CUP / BUTE MOTORSPORT — WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the websites operated by Bute Motorsport Limited, including gtcup.co.uk and butemotorsport.com (the “Sites”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Sites.

(“Bute Motorsport”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms apply only to use of the Sites.
Purchases, event entries, or participation in the GT Cup Championship are governed by separate Terms & Conditions of Purchase, Refund Policies, and the GT Cup Sporting & Technical Regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and may place a notice on the Sites.

2. Availability of the Sites

We aim to keep the Sites available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of the Sites at any time without notice.

The Sites provide general information only. While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, reliable, or up to date.

3. Acceptable Use of the Sites

You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a way that is consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

• use the Sites for any unlawful or harmful purpose

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Sites, servers, or databases

All content on the Sites—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Bute Motorsport Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, download, and print content for personal use (or internal business use, if acting on behalf of an organisation), provided you:

• do not modify the content

• include any copyright notices that appear with the content

• do not use graphics separately from accompanying text

The Sites may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or availability of any linked site and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

You may link to the Sites’ home page (https://www.gtcup.co.uk) provided that the link is:

We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

7. Our Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

If you use the Sites as a consumer:

• We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these Terms or to use reasonable care and skill.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

• We provide the Sites for domestic and private use. If you use them for commercial purposes, our business liability terms apply instead.

If you use the Sites in the course of business:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and representations; and

• we are not liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue or business

  • business interruption

  • loss of anticipated savings

  • loss of goodwill

  • indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability to business users arising from use of the Sites is limited to £5,000.

8. General

• These Terms may be terminated by either party at any time by ceasing use of the Sites.

• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

• We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation.

• If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

• These Terms do not give rights to any third party.

• These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
