GT CUP / BUTE MOTORSPORT — WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the websites operated by Bute Motorsport Limited, including gtcup.co.uk and butemotorsport.com (the “Sites”).

Purchases, event entries, or participation in the GT Cup Championship are governed by separate Terms & Conditions of Purchase, Refund Policies, and the GT Cup Sporting & Technical Regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and may place a notice on the Sites.
2. Availability of the Sites
We aim to keep the Sites available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of the Sites at any time without notice.
The Sites provide general information only. While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, reliable, or up to date.
