2010 GT Cup Championship News

Anthony Cheshire, Team Manager of FF Corse has confirmed that Jeff Leadley, Leon Price and Ian Hartley have all signed up for a full season in the GT Cup Championship driving their immaculate Ferrari 430 Challenge GTs.
In the inaugural Championship year of the GT Cup they will each be looking for overall race wins in Group 1, scoring points throughout the season to challenge for the honour of taking home the “GT Cup”. Their main competition will come from the front running Porsche 997 GT3 Cup cars driven by Andy Ruhan, Alex Martin and Jim Geddie, to name but a few. Bute Motorsport in conjunction with MSVR has produced a Race Calendar that reflects the importance of the GT Cup’s inaugural Championship year with the season opener at Silverstone GP Circuit on April 17/18th. With further rounds at Brands Hatch GP and the legendary Spa Francorchamps it is all set to be an exhilarating season. There is a two day test and performance equalisation session for all competitors at Snetterton on March 17/18th.
