Placing an order

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, post or email. Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering, unless other terms have been agreed.  After payment has been made, goods will then be dispatched.

 

Payment
Payment methods accepted at this time are cheque or debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Delta. Cheques should be made payable to Bute Motorsport Ltd.

 

Tax charges

All prices quoted include VAT, at the current standard rate.

 

Credit Card charges

All payments made by credit card will have a surcharge of 2.5%.

 

Delivery

Most items are available to collect from circuit, however if you would prefer we can send them direct to your home address.  We aim to dispatch most items as soon as possible, however occasionally problems can occur. Goods are generally delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

We advise you to check all goods on arrival. If the parcel appears to be damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. 

 

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchase, however, if something is not correct, or something is missing, please let us know.

 

Returns policy

For whatever reasons, goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They need to be returned in the undamaged/ unopened packaging, (as when it arrived) and a full refund will be given.

 

A refund will not be given if the item is returned scratched, dented or damaged in any way.

 

If sending something back to us, for your own protection please obtain a receipt of posting; Bute Motorsport accepts no liability for lost parcels.

 

If a race entry is withdrawn refunds will be available on receipt of written confirmation of withdrawal received by the Championship Coordinator according to the following schedule:

1. notification received more than four weeks prior to race meeting 100% refund less £75 administration charge
2. notification received more than three weeks prior to race meeting 75% refund
3. notification received more than two weeks prior to race meeting 50% refund
4. less than two weeks notice no refund is available.

(For the avoidance of doubt the race meeting mentioned above refers to 5pm on the Friday prior to the event. A week is given to mean a seven day week).

 

There are some situations where a refund will not be given:

• Any deposits paid for race entries are non refundable.
• No refund will be available should the registered competitor not take part
