Entrant and Team Catering

The GT Cup Race Centre is now a well established part of GT Cup racing where entrants, friends and guests can take a break from the racing to enjoy a drink, chill out with the daily newspapers or talk team tactics.

Additional Lunch - Each entrant is entitled to six Race Centre passes per round which allows them to use the facilities including continental breakfast and hot & cold soft drinks all day as well as two tickets for lunch. Entrants have an exclusive opportunity to purchase up to four additional seated lunch tickets per day.

Extra Hospitality - Entrants are offered an exclusive discount on our VIP Hospitality Packages for any guests over their allocation of six Race Centre passes.

Team and Crew Takeaway Lunches - will be available for any extra catering required by teams; these must be ordered by Wednesday of the week prior to the event and are priced at £6.00 each and will include: freshly made sandwich (choice of fillings), crisps, sausage roll, fruit, muffin/cake and a can of drink. Alternatively the daily hot lunch is available as a takeaway at £8.00 each and includes soup, main course and dessert of the day with a cold or hot drink.

All additional catering requirements must be booked in advance as there is no guarantee on the day.

The GT Cup Race Centre will be open to all entrants, their guests and teams from the day of the race meeting.

VIP Race Hospitality

Take your GT Cup day at the races to the next level. Our VIP hospitality provides an ideal way to enhance your race day experience.

Giving access to our exclusive hospitality unit, reserved for entrants, teams, sponsors and guests, our VIP Hospitality puts you in the heart of the action with all the comfort and convenience you could wish for.

The Race Centre is a spacious hospitality suite which makes a perfect base for your day. With a dining area and sofa lounge you can relax in style, rest and recharge your batteries. Two plasma screen TV’s and a Wii Games Console provide further entertainment… not that you will need it with all the action going on just outside the door. A range of daily papers will be available to enjoy whilst you rest a while from the hustle and bustle in the race paddock.

VIP Hospitality is limited to just 50 places per day and can be further enhanced with our very special Premium Package. Premium VIP guests will be sent an information pack in advance and be taken on a Guided tour of the paddock and race control. A DVD of the 30 minute TV program in presentation case will be issued after the event so you can relive the action.

An extra special opportunity exists for a maximum of only ten guests at selected rounds to have a sensational Escorted Grid Walk (min. age 16) to experience the thrill of standing on the grid as the cars form up for the race and VIP parking in front of the race centre (max. five cars).
